Our guidelines on each of these are clearly stated below. Please go through each line keenly in order to better familiarize yourself with our business. 

Sales

We cover a wide range of communities. We have farms both in America and Europe. Also, we have a wide array of medical cannabis products ranging from hemp flowers, to CBD oils and concentrates. We sell to individuals strictly above the age of 18. Naturally, there are exceptions to this rule as we could sell medicinal weed or oils to consumers below that age group or to individuals with specific health problems. This is so because we are strong advocates for the fight against cancer especially with the use of medicinal marijuana. More so, we offer support even after our products have left our shops until they arrive at their destinations, and take full responsibility for any additional charges one may inquire along the way.

 

Shipping

We generally have two shipping rates. These are the flat rate of shipping and the expedited rate. The flat rate of shipment takes up to 48 hours to arrive at the destination meanwhile the expedited rate of shipping takes at most 24 hours. This will vary based on your destination and you will be notified beforehand. We generally ship all our parcels as discrete parcels except otherwise stated by the buyer. This will involve having to disguise the parcel in ways that we need to reserve from the public. The shipments are done by renowned shipping agencies like USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and even NFI logistic companies.  All packages have attached to them a tracking number through which they can be monitored. 

FARM SUPPORT

We are affiliated with numerous marijuana farms around the world that already have a strong online presence and are firmly branded. Therefore we find it within our capabilities to be able to lend a helping hand time and again to smaller farms who are in need. We also go the extra mile to ensure that their practices are all medically aligned and are carried out properly. We are always willing to support or partner with other farms in order to extend the medical benefits of marijuana around the world. More so, we do give out seeds as a bonus for orders above the $1000 mark and hope that our clients take out time to make use of them. For those who put in interest, we could analyze and offer some financial support to them to enhance their farming ventures.

If it turns out that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Also, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address you will be provided. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
